Grueling But Gratifying

Author: Kevin Hall

Monday started bright and early with a training session at Championsgate with Coach TA. I had a long weekend playing golf and driving all over the place meeting deaf people and making new friends so I woke up very tired and I wasn't looking forward to working out.

I had a difficult time getting through the session but I got it done. I spent a couple hours at the office getting some work done then I went back to Championsgate to work on my putting with John before calling it a day.

Good is not Good Enough!

Saturday wrapped up a very busy week that started with a little bit of recovery time as we returned from the Swingtime Corporate Outing at Doral. Then the week picked up as I began the training program with our trainer, Trevor Anderson and ended with a fun round of golf at Orange County.

Although it was a gorgeous morning outside, I chose to relax and do some reading. I put in an hour of exercise just after lunch time. Then I settled in for some R & R for the rest of the day.

Exhausting But Meaningful

The first week back after the 4th corporate challenge at Doral was anticipated to be a busy one. Kevin and I were scheduled to start working out six days a week as well as working in the corporate office. I was excited to get a schedule and have a daily routine focused on getting better everyday.

I was proud of my assessment because I gave it my best effort.

Kevin Hall at the Corporate Challenge

Author: Kevin Hall

I just got back from Miami where I participated in Swingtime 4th Corporate Challenge which was held at the beautiful Doral Resort. It was one of the best experiences of my life in which I was able to play three awesome golf courses with the event concluding on the famous Blue Monster. I also got a chance to meet some new people.

I had so much fun that after five days in Miami, I was pretty worn out.

John's Experience at Doral

My Doral experience was one that I will never forget. It was four days of golf with a Gala event like no other. It started when I arrived at Doral and was greeted by a friendly staff. I am not accustomed to being waited on. The customer service they gave me was some of the best.

The next day started off with a breakfast buffet that had everything that I could imagine.
